This enthralling documentary chronicles the history of one of the most important ethnic groups on the prairie. Produced by Prairie Public Television and the North Dakota State University Libraries, this documentary follows the migration of German people to Russia and then to the United States. The documentary was filmed in Ukraine, Russia, Germany, the Alsace region of France, California, Nebraska, South Dakota, and North Dakota.
