1. Living with Change
This program highlights how teens have responded and coped with the impact
of the ongoing struggle from 9-11. Interviews include: high schoolers
who were closest to Ground Zero; a teen who volunteered for New York City
Emergency Medical Service at the site; young people who abused drugs but
stopped after 9-11; and a teen who lost her stepfather, a fireman.
2. Get the News?
Teens are watching and reading more news now than they ever did before
9-11. This program explores how the news coverage on TV, on the Internet
and in print has impacted the way they are coping with their changed world.
3. Dealing with Differences
This program explores what schools, groups and individuals are doing to
promote racial, religious and cultural understanding at a time when growing
numbers of Arab-Americans and Muslims are being victimized.
