Episode Descriptions

1 Hawaii: Continuing Tradition — Focuses on traditional ways of life in the Hawaiian Islands — fishing, lei making, planting taro and sailing on Hokule'a canoe.

2 Alaska: The Yup'ik Eskimos — Describes the relationship between the Yup'ik people and their environment through the changing seasons.

3 In the Wake of Our Ancestors — Takes viewers through the first stages of Native Hawaiian culture and arts, then shifts its focus to environmental concerns on the big island of Hawaii.
