Building a Business Support Group
The people you list below
are good prospects for an advisory group, especially if together they
represent a good mix from the four areas suggested. Be sure to include
your accountant and banker in the group. The advisory group does not
have to meet together in a formal setting, and can be an excellent
sounding board for business strategies and the quality of your products
or services.

whom you trust.
2. List two or three people
in your area whom you consider to be successful business professionals
or entrepreneurs.

whom you believe are well respected in your local business community.
4. List two or three customers
whom you believe are open minded and communicate well.
