1. Does the person express confidence in his or her voice when using the telephone?

 

2. Does the person use proper grammar?

 

3. Can the person be easily understood?

 

4. Is the person a good listener?

 

5. Will the person present a professional and positive image for your business?

 

6. Does the person manage time well?

 

7. Does the person manage information well?

 

8. Does the person know the product or service well? Is he or she thoroughly familiar with its features and benefits?

 

9. Does the person believe in the product or service they will be calling about?
