Oriental Pasta Salad

A delicious and easy cold pasta salad for a hot summer afternoon.

2 whole chicken breasts
1 packet of your favorite oriental sauce (sweet and sour, broccoli, etc.)
Angel hair pasta
1 cup sliced water chestnuts
1 cup sliced celery
1 cup miniature corn cobs
1/2 cup red bell peppers

Slice uncooked chicken breasts into bite sized pieces. Mix oriental sauce with recommended amount of water. Steam chicken until completely cooked. Pour oriental sauce over cooked chicken. Let simmer. After sauce has thickened a bit, remove from heat and let cool.

Boil angel hair pasta. After pasta is fully cooked, run cold water over it to cool. Mix the cooled chicken and sauce with the pasta. Add vegetable and toss. Put in refrigerator to cool.
