Smoked Salmon Pasta

This elegant pasta sauce takes only five minutes to prepare.

Pasta of choice: I use linguine and have also used cheese tortellini.
2 TBSP butter
1/2 small onion
1/4 TSP basil
dill
1 clove of garlic
smoked salmon
2 cups cream
black pepper
parmesan cheese

Melt butter, add onion, add spices. Half of salmon, roughly chopped, and the cream. Mix well. Cut rest of salmon, add to sauce just to warm through. Put cooked pasta in bowl, add salmon mixture, fresh ground pepper, and Parmesan cheese. I have also added artichoke hearts to the above, and also topped with caviar.
