Zippy Ziti

This surprising casserole may just tempt even lima

1 pound ziti pasta, uncooked
1 TBSP butter or margarine
1 medium onion, chopped
2 TBSP Dijon mustard
2 TBSP flour
2 Cups chicken broth
3 TBSP lemon juice
1 and a half to 2 Cups chicken, cooked and chopped
1 - 10 ounce package frozen lima (green) beans
salt and pepper to taste
fresh parsley for garnish

Cook the beans as package directs. Set aside. While the pasta is cooking, melt butter in a large frying pan over medium heat. Add the onion, cook for 3 minutes. Stir in the flour and mustard. Mix thoroughly, increase heat and slowly whisk in the chicken broth and stir until thick. Let boiling simmer down and add lemon juice, chicken and lima beans. Heat through. Toss pasta with the sauce. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Garnish with chopped parsley to serve.
