Serves 2 1 cup cubed cooked ham Drain fruit cocktail &endash; reserve syrup. Saute ham in butter until lightly browned. Stir in syrup, 2 1/2 tbsp broth, sugar, mustard, ginger and soy sauce. Cook over low heat about 5 minutes. Blend remaining broth and sheery with cornstarch. Stir into ham mixture. Add drained fruit and green pepper. Cook 5 minutes. Serve over rice.
