the issues.
North Dakota U.S. Senate
Seat Face to Face with Mike Liffrig October 18 at 6:30
p.m., with rebroadcasts October 26 at 7 p.m., October 28 at, 10 p.m.
and October 31 at 4 p.m. (CT). Republican challenger Mike Liffrig
discusses the issues.
North Dakota U.S. Congressional
Seat October 19 at 7 p.m., with rebroadcasts October 26 at 7:30
p.m., October 28 at 9:30 p.m. and October 31 at 5:30 p.m. (CT). Democratic
incumbent Earl Pomeroy versus Republican challenger Duane Sand, who
also ran against Kent Conrad for U.S. Senate in 2000.
Minnesota 7th District
Congressional Seat October 28 at 8 pm, with a rebroadcast October
31 at 6:30 p.m. (CT). Democratic incumbent Collin Peterson versus
an as yet to be named Republican challenger. The Republican endorsement
will be made following the Minnesota State Primary Election in September.
North Dakota
Initiated Measure 1 October 5 at 7 p.m., with rebroadcasts October
14 at 8 p.m., October 19 at 7:30 p.m. and October 31 at 4:30 p.m.
(CT). Scheduled debaters are Christina Kindel of Bismarck with the
North Dakota Family Alliance which favors a yes vote that
would define marriage in North Dakota as between one man and one woman.
Scheduled debater for a no vote on the measure is Robert
Uebel of Fargo, representing Equality North Dakota.
