Special Considerations

Your type of business and the products you create, may be accountable to special industry standards or safety standards. For example, if you have a restaurant business, or if you are producing food products for sale, your kitchen will have to meet health standards. For information regarding your industry or product standards, contact a trade association for your industry, the Small Business Administration, the Small Business Development Center nearest you, or one of numerous other resources which can guide you through the red tape for your business.
