The Impact of Early Treatment

In 1994, North Dakota Health Care Review, Inc. implemented the Acute Myocardial Infarction Project. In cooperation with 37 of North Dakota's rural hospitals, the project was designed to evaluate and improve the appropriate and timely use of htrombolytics and aspirin in the treatment of heart attacks in rural North Dakota hospitals.
