11-16 years (five years after most recent Tetanus booster) and a Tetanus booster every 10 years thereafter

Haemophilus influenzae type B (Hib)

Bith-6 months

12-15 months

Measles, Mumps, and Rubella (MMR)

12-18 months

4-6 years (or any age if needed)

Hepatitis B (HBV)

Birth-1 year

(or any age if needed)

Chickenpox (VZV)
