Fleischkuchle
The popularity of Fleischkuchle has spread outside the German Russian community. Served as a standard cafe menu item across the prairie region, the fried turnovers are stuffed with a wide variety of fillings. Mostly have hamburger. Some have onion. Some have sauerkraut.
