VSA Arts of North Dakota ~ Merry Helm on “The Man Called Chief.”

  Tuesday, December 22 – Creating opportunities for artists with disabilities is the goal of VSA arts of North Dakota, an organization newly affiliated with VSA arts, a nationwide network. Joining us to talk about it are president Carol Kroll and executive director Linda Olsrud.
