  Monday, December 12 – Dr. Gregory Cook, NDSU chemistry professor, joins us to discuss the next “Science Café.” On Tuesday, he’ll be presenting “Message in a Bottle: Deconstructing Wine from a Chemist’s Perspective.” ~~~ Abe Sauer is here to discuss his new book, “How To Be: North Dakota, a guide to the plains.”
