Kim Brewster
Transforming a 300 pound block of “ice” into a work of art is quite an accomplishment… but Culinary Arts Instructor Kim Brewster loves his work. He uses a chainsaw and various chisels to carve ice into spectacular sculptures for his customers’ special events.
