Education Services Manager (Fargo, ND)

 

Prairie Public Broadcasting seeks to hire an Education Services Manager. 

The Education Services Manager plans and directs professional development and engagement activities that drive awareness and use of public media resources. This includes promoting education-related digital content, national and regional education resources, and provides professional development for PK-12 educators.

The Manager will supervise and train a team of education professionals.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required. PK-12 Education program preferred.
  • At least 5 years of experience in PK-12 education
  • At least 3 years of supervisory experience
  • Experience planning and leading others in learning activities, presenting to a group and effective public speaking
  • Excellent writing, communication, time management and organizational skills

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Passion for education, and experience working with teachers and students
  • Experience creating digital content
  • Understanding and experience with strengths and challenges of a rural environment
  • Experience working and engaging with diverse communities
  • Growth mindset and ability to stay current with changing media technologies
