Prairie Public is seeking first- and second-generation immigrants and refugees living in Minnesota to share their story for a new documentary.
The documentary, set to premiere in Spring 2025, will explore the diverse experiences of New Americans living in Minnesota.
Prairie Public will record interviews at two locations – at Concordia College in Moorhead on December 20 and 21, and at University of Minnesota Crookston on January 9 and 10. Participants will be interviewed on-camera, and are encouraged to bring photos or other items that help tell their story.
Walk-ins are welcome, but pre-registration is encouraged. For more information and to sign up for a time slot, visit prairiepublic.org/MinnesotaStories.
This project is made possible by the Minnesota Legacy Amendment’s Arts & Cultural Heritage Fund.
