Prairie Public to air CBS News Vice Presidential Debate Simulcast

The CBS News Vice Presidential Debate between Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz and Sen. JD Vance of Ohio is scheduled to take place in New York City on Tuesday, October 1. Prairie Public will air the debate and special coverage live from 8-10pm on its television and radio network.


On television, PBS News anchors Amna Nawaz and Geoff Bennett will anchor live coverage and analysis of the debate. Watch live over-the-air, or stream LIVE TV on pbs.org or the PBS app. 

On radio, NPR's Asma Khalid will host coverage, with reporting and analysis from NPR White House Correspondent Tamara Keith, Political Correspondent Susan Davis, and Political Reporter Stephen Fowler. Listen live over-the-air, or stream online on our FM-1 or FM-3 streams.
